Clinical Supervision

My supervision approach is rooted in systemic frameworks, with Bowen Family Systems Theory as a central foundation. With over a decade of specialized training and regular supervision of my own, I help supervisees develop a strong systemic lens—supporting them in moving beyond individual-focused thinking to confidently understand clients within their relational and multigenerational contexts. I also integrate emotion-focused therapies to deepen emotional insight and strengthen clinical presence such as:

  • Identifying and working through emotional blocks that affect your clinical decisions
  • Increasing awareness of your emotional responses in session
  • Using emotional clarity to guide effective, intentional interventions

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in some of my earliest influence from Karl Tomm. I view supervision as a co-created learning space where your developmental stage, theoretical interests, and lived experiences all matter. I ask thoughtful, reflective questions, offer clear guidance, and support you in building confidence, competence, and a strong professional identity.

If you’re looking for a supervisor who brings systemic depth, emotional attunement, and a supportive, relational approach, I aim to create a space where you feel both challenged and encouraged as you grow into a grounded, ethical, and effective clinician.
